We reserve the right to amend, edit or remove any information stored against your account, for any reason and at any time.
You agree to a code of conduct which prohibits (but is not limited to) any material that is illegal, libelous, tortuous, indecently depicts children or is likely to result in reprisal against this website.
You agree to not attempt to hack, crack or otherwise attempt any unlawful access on this website, its database or its code. Full logs of all activities are retained which will be used to prosecute in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchases or attempted purchases made on this site.
We will not be responsible for any error in transmission, unavailability of information or loss of service, at any time.
All information stored by us is held as securely as possible using secure tools, and employing encryption where applicable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss caused by influences outside of our direct control such as hacking or acts of God. No credit card information is taken or stored directly by WebsiteSpell.com.
Backups of all data are taken and retained "off-site". In the event of a data failure for any reason, all reasonable attempts will be taken to restore service as soon as possible. However, no guarantees are given to restore full or any part of the service.
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information or material in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
Any information stored on this site cannot be resold, rented or distributed.

Paid Services
Payments are taken by PayPal. No card details are taken by us, or stored anywhere on BirthdayPoetry.net.
Any attempts to obtain paid services without payment will be treated as criminal activities, and your information will be passed onto the relevant authorities for your country.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any paid services within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund ON THE CONDITION THAT YOUR POEM HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SENT TO YOU. Cancellations beyond this period, or for services already rendered, will not be subject to refund. Refunds may, however, be given at the discretion of the management.
If you are dissatisfied with the poem received, you must contact us first to discuss any problems. All attempts will be made by BirthdayPoetry.net to provide agreed upon changes, or potentially a newly commissioned poem, within a fixed limit of up to three (3) amendments per payment received. If, after three (3) unresolved attempts the poem is still unsatisfactory to the purchaser, refunds will NOT be given and no further work will be undertaken by BirthdayPoetry.net until a fresh payment is received of at least the same value.
BirthdayPoetry.net reserves the right to cancel any agreements if the customer is rude; unable to provide reasonable specification for the required service; unwilling to compromise on a solution that would suit both parties.
Any refunds given will be undertaken through the Paypal account that was originally used for the purchase, and for the exact amount first paid. In order to cancel your service, simply contact us directly, specifying your name, email address, approximate date/time ordered and the payment type used.
Any repeated purchases and subsequent cancellations will be treated as fraud attempts and your details will be passed onto the relevant criminal authorities for your country.
